The Noy Language is a nearly extinct language of Chad. It has a population of 36 people who live (or lived) in regions: Moyen-Chari and Mandoul regions, between Sarh, Djoli, Bédaya, Koumra, and Koumogo villages (Ethnologue). It is also called Loo.
